불교의 훈습과 원불교의 마음 대조(對照)가 갖는 교육적 의미를 비교 고찰하고자 한다. 불교에서 훈습은 인간의 마음이 변이(變異)함을 밝히고 있다. 우리의 주체성과 창조성은 모두 우리의 마음을 어떻게 훈습 하느냐에 달려있다고 본다. 훈습(熏習)은 교사와 학생, 학부모와 가족 구성원들의 가치관을 형성하는데 중요한 영향을 준다. 원불교의 마음대조(對照)는 일상에서 자신의 본성(本性: 自性)을 회복하여 지혜롭고 바른 행동을 하게 한다. 그 방법으로 마음일기를 기재한다. 교사는 마음일기에 대한 문답 감정을 해주면서 본질적 만남의 관계 형성이 되어진다. 본고에서는 불교의 훈습과 원불교의 마음대조에 대한 개념과 원리를 논의하면서 교육적 의미의 시론적 방법을 모색하고자 한다.


The purpose of this paper is to compared the meaning of education between the Vāsanā in Buddhism and the 'Mind Reflect' in WonBuddhism. The Vasana in Buddhism is well brought out in one's mind change. Our subjectivity and creativity depends upon how it is Vāsanā? Vāsanā have a potent influence which teacher and student and family's form a view of worth. The Mind Recording in WonBuddhism put into truth action to rerive one's spirit everyday. And by that the way to do writing the Mind Recording. The teacher become essentially meeting with their students to do in the form of question and answer. Thus I want to open a new sight status and theory of education for the young people in which, based on the 'Vāsanā' in Buddhism with the 'Mind Reflect' in WonBuddhism, I want to find out applying method.
