본 연구는 출판·인쇄계열 직업포부 형성에서 고려되는 직업가치의 특성을 파악하고자 직업교육과정에 있는 학생들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 출판·인쇄 분야의 고용감소 추세 상황에서 느끼는 직업획득의 불안은 직업포부 형성에서 고려되는 직업가치의 특징으로 나타났다. 직업가치의 외재적 특징으로 임금에 대한 소극적 자세와 내재적 특징으로 직무 및 자기개발에 대해 소극적 자세를 보였다. 다만 사회적 가치에서 일-가정 양립과 근무환경 쾌적성에 대해서는 강하게 추구하여 평범한 삶에 대한 가치를 높이 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 심층인터뷰 결과에서 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 첫째, 개인의 역량 및 자존감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성이었다. 전문기술 보유에 대한 자긍심과 대인관계 커뮤니케이션의 중요성이 대두되었다. 둘째, 학생들의 직업포부와 직업가치를 일치시킬 수 있도록 현장업무의 사전지식을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 우량 중소기업에 대한 투명한 정보 제공하는 등을 통해 기업과 구직자간의 정보 불일치를 해소하기 위한 방안을 제시했다. 또한 청소년기에 한정적으로 중시되어 온 직업포부의 형성이라는 중요한 학술적 주제를 확장하여, 고령화 시대, 여성의 사회진출 등 오늘날의 사회문화적 조건에서 평생교육, 재취업 및 이직에 관한 연구가 지속되어야 함을 강조하였다.
To determine the nature of the professional value that are considered in the forming publishing and printing affiliation, interview with the students in the process of job education of publishing and printing were implemented. The anxiety of job acquisition felt in the decline employment trend situation of publishing and printing area was showed as the considered characteristic of the professional value in the process of forming occupational aspiration. In external and internal characteristic of the value of job, each of them showed passive position about pay and that about duty and self development. They just highly appreciated the value of ordinary lives by seeking strongly coexistence of work-family and comfort of working environment. The implication, which can found through the in-depth interview with students of publishing and printing area, was necessity of development for programs that can make their individual capabilities and dignities higher. In addition to quadrate with their occupational aspiration and value, measures were suggested for resolving discord of information between company and job seeker through developing programs to make higher preliminary knowledge of field business and providing transparent informations of outstanding small and medium businesses.
