Recently ubiquitous technology has developed fast, tourists' information system has been adopting ubiquitous & mobile computing technology, However, there is not many research on information needs of tourists during tour, even though there are distinctive tourists' behavior patterns and needs between planning stage before tour and touring stage on tour. This study goals to analyze tourists' information needs during in the site in order to develop ubiquitous tourism information service in the future. The survey was conducted to 100 domestic tourists who were during tour on Busan U-city tour bus by face to face survey and 100 foreign tourists by e-mail survey. The survey asked inconvenience or needed information during tour, how to get tourist's information during tour, and difficulties when getting information in the site and the survey also made tourists rank the degree of importance for the categories of information or service. Tourists answered that they thought map or transportation information as the most important information. They were not satisfied with fragmental information without context, no information about detail and they needed information near where they are. These result of the survey implies the development direction of ubiquitous tourism information service.
