The objectives of this study are to analyze the difference of self-monitoring of Hotel employee on emotional dissonance and job satisfaction. A questionnaire consisted of 35 items for a self-monitoring scale, Emotional Dissonance and Job Satisfaction, these items used Likert scales with 5 points. Total 500 sheets of questionnaire were distributed to them, and 278 valid and complete questionnaires were collected from them for empirical data analysis. As a result of this study could come to the following findings: There was a significant difference in self-monitoring scores of hotel employee in the Emotional Dissonance and Job Satisfaction. And there was a significant difference in self-monitoring scores of socio-demographic characteristics.
