본 연구는 기독교세계관에 근거하여 기독교사회복지의 정체성 척도를 개발한 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 이론적 접근을 통해 기독교세계관의 창조, 타락, 구속이란 관점에서 기독교사회복지의 핵심 요인들을 살펴보았다. 기독교사회복지의 정체성을 확보하기 위한 핵심 요인들은 일반사회복지의 특성과의 비교를 통해서 탐색하였다. 둘째, 기독교사회복지의 정체성을 찾을 때에 기독교세계관이란 관점을 찾아야 하는 근거를 확보하기 위해서 전문가 심층면접(In-depth interviewing)을 실시하였다. 셋째, 기독교사회복지 정체성 척도 개발을 위한 예비 문항 개발을 위해 포커스 그룹(FGI)을 2회 실시하였다. 넷째, 2회에 걸친 포커스 그룹의 연구결과를 토대로 예비 기독교사회복지 척도 문항을 개발하고, 이렇게 개발된 예비 기독교사회복지 척도 문항을 통해 설문지를 구성하여 본 척도 문항들이 객관화를 이룰 수 있는지의 여부를 확인하기 위해서 통계 분석을 통한 양적 연구조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 기독교 세계관에 근거한 기독교사회복지 정체성 척도 개발은 최종적으로 영역, 가치, 주체, 동기, 목표, 방법, 사상, 실천이란 8개의 요인과 21개의 하위문항으로 개발되었다.
The purpose of this research is to develop a scale for the Christian social welfare identity based on the Christian world view. To achieve this purpose first, I searched main theoretical points of Christian social welfare, which is creation, falling and redemption as a Christian view of the world. And I made comparative analysis with the key points between Christian social welfare and general social welfare. Second, I carried out In-depth interview with specialist to get the cause that why we need a Christian world view for the identity of Christian social welfare. Third, I carried out two FGI(Focus group Interview) to make pre-questions to develop a scale for the identity of Christian social welfare. Fourth, with the conclusion from the 2 FGI, I made pre-questions about Christian social welfare, and I composed the final questionnaire for the scale. And I carried out a quantitative investigation with statistical analysis to check whether these questions are objective or not. As a result of this research, Here we have the development of scale for the identity of Christian social welfare based on the Christian world view. The scale has 8 main factors, which are range, value, subject, motivation, goal, method, thoughts and practice and 21 sub-items.
